Challenge Create: Adult Edition Woohoo!

I have a little secret, that I can finally share with you…

I made it into the Challenge Create: Adult Edition contest!!!

Skirt Fixation

Audrey over at Skirt Fixation is hosting her very first Adult Sewing competition, and I was chosen to be one of the lucky 4 contestants! The other three ladies are amazing, so I know I have to really push myself to keep up.

You can check out the sponsors, prizes, and themes here.

First up is “Nature Inspired”. Oooh that is a good one.

The twist on this competition is, there is no elimination. All four of us will be sewing until the end when they tally up all of the scores to see who wins! I really like this aspect. It makes this contest unique, and takes the element of surprise out. You know for sure what themes you will have to sew, and you can plan. I LOVE THAT!

I will be calling on all of you when the time to voting comes. I so appreciate the continued support of the wonderful people out there in the blog-o-sphere. Thank you.

Until then, I will be working hard on my outfits.

My Martha and I are about to be very busy…

I gave her a new cover to go with her new figure! I padded her out to match my busty self, and now we’re twins. Except she has a sassy new fuchsia cover, of course.

Don’t fret, though. I will try to keep things as normal around here as possible.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Wish me Luck!!

So exciting! I haven’t heard of that competition. I’m going to have to check it out!
    You can do it!!!

  3. Oh, this is going to be fun isn’t it?? :) I wish I had a Martha like you do, as I am sure it so helps in fitting. I can’t wait to see what you come up with, and we all get some new clothes out of it! :)

    • YES! that is the best part. NEW CLOTHES! WOOHOO!
I have never gotten the chance to use my Martha, yet. She is fairly new. I am really looking forward to that.
