As soon as we got back, wouldn’t you know, it was “spirit week” at the Bee’s school. The first day up was pajama day. And coincidentally, she had no nice pajamas to wear. Seriously. I looked. She had been sleeping in way too small painted-on sweatpants and an oh-so-grubby but well-loved t-shirt.
It’s moments like this that make me realize how much slips under my radar.
Whoo hoo! AND it is an I love Lucy flannel.
Perfect. I just added some plaid flannel to the bottom of the legs to lengthen them. We also cut a square of the Lucy flannel and sewed it to a plain black t-shirt to have a coordinated look.
I took this opportunity to get back into sewing along with No Big Dill’s alphabet challenge. I left off at “E”.
Good thing pants are EASY to make.
