Whoopie PIEs that is.
Gluten-Free, Egg-free, Dairy-Free (except for butter) whoopie pies to be exact.
Aaaaaand I have no idea what went wrong.
When I whipped up the gelatin maple cream, it looked great, until I added the butter and sugar mixture. Then it gooed.
Not to say that we didn’t eat them. We ate them up good.
But I guess I will just have to try again, so they are prettier before we eat them.
