I have never been one for using sewing patterns, but I have to admit, lately, I am hooked! Joann’s was running a special last week on the Butterick patterns, so for 99 cents each, I jumped in.
I have used the pattern on the left for the start of a Halloween costume so far. I haven’t tried the retro pattern yet, but it just screams “The Bee” doesn’t it? She is in that weird in-between stage where she is not quite a child size, but some adult things are too big. One thing that remains constant, though, is her style. Classic that girl. Classic.
