My husband purged a few of his shirts a few weeks ago, and most of them went in the donation pile. But I did keep a few of my favorites that I didn’t want to part with in hopes that I could make them into something new.
The Bee spied this cabana-esq beauty in the pile and asked if I could tailor it to fit her.
Um, YES.
Ta-da!
I used the same method that I did here, and re-sized it to fit. It took only a few minutes, really, once it was cut.
I really love that detail down the front.
She is quite the character.
She is thrilled with how it turned out, and I get to still look at that sweet shirt some more.
