Over on one of my favorite blogs, Running with Scissors, Jessica made some very simple but oh so cute scarves. And I thought these would be great to have in my gift-making arsenal!

*Crazy hair is ALL ME*

I swear my hair swelled in volume with every photo he took.

Anyhow… These are simple gauze rectangles with a rolled hem along all the sides. Light enough to wear now, or layered when it gets colder.

Really so easy, you can make enough to wear two at a time! At least I would.

These will be my go-to item this year for quick teacher  and friend gifts. I may even try them with a stretch knit that I won’t have to sew at all! Scarves are awesome.

What have you made today?
